To no one’s surprise, Sam Biddle is an unrelenting douche:

Proof that you can be a monumental thundercunt and still be employed somewhere.

20 hours? are you doing anything while watching them? or you just watch? I saw the first 3 harry potter movies in a row while I was working on some home reparations, I couldn’t just sit there..

Man, people sure do hate fun.
besides the fact that she’s one of the worlds leading donors to charity, let her have her fun, don’t follow her on twitter if you don’t want to hear about harry potter! It’s like when people get pissed about certain stories on here or jalopnik - don’t click on them - no one forced you to.
The ONLY valid point I saw on that article was 1 commenter said, if you’re “continuing” the universe with facts about the kids on twitter- just write some more damn books already.
I’d be totally fine reading another round of HP books.

Me too, I would pick those up right away.

A friend of mine likes some (scary) girl that has hair just like Hagrids. Within time I bet she'll have the beard too.

And then. I’d be tempted to read the entire first set of books all over again to lead up to it

They never get old. My wife and I watch the movies every fall.

Read the first book. Decided it wasn't my favorite and didn't watch any of the others.

I look forward to watching all the Star Wars movies closer to the opening day of Episode 7.

I’m young and spunky, I can do it.

That's dedication. My wife and I watch them all each fall, but we do one at a time over the course of 2 months or so.

I'm staying.

If you ever want to try again, watch the third movie, the one everyone likes. It’s good. forget about the rest.

I’ll eventually read/watch them all because I’m tired of not knowing.

This is a yearly occurrence in my home. My wife has the deathly hallows tattooed on her thigh (along with a TARDIS, 1-up mushroom, and tri-force). As well as a deathly hallows sticker on the back window of her car, two sets of books, one for reading, and one box set to remain unopened, and all of the DVD’s. We’re a nerdy family.

I think I’m going to recommend an HP Marathon to the wife. We might join in with this “fall tradition”. My fall tradition is normally an overwhelming (for her) amount of college football, so she may be happy about this idea. Also, my son (2 and a half) has already watched some of them haha.

I highly recommend it. Good quality time with the wife (and boy), plus there’s something special about watching a HP movie on a brisk midwestern fall evening.

Indeed, I may wait until late September or October, there’s nothing brisk about Metro Detroit this week (90*). They are GREAT around Halloween too.
He can’t watch the majority of them a little too “spooky” still. He talked about spiders for a week after the Aragog incident. But he REALLY liked the flying Ford.

Yeah, I want to make sure our boy enjoys them and doesn’t get scared so I suppose we’ll wait a few years.
Hot and humid here this week as well so we’ll be waiting a few weeks to get started.
